While in Haiti we stayed at Canaan, an orphan/school run by a Haitian lady we called Sister Gladys. The time there was amazing. We had the Caribbean Ocean for a front yard and mountains for the back yard. It was gorgeous and the Haitian people we were blessed to know were amazing. It is huge blessing to get to know the heart of people around the world. I am blessed to be able to meet people around the world and realize they are just like we are; they may have less possessions but they have the same hearts to love others, care for their families, and to be loved in return.
